The Skinny: Palm Beach’s newest hotspot, The Polo Room, arrived this season by Argentine polo star and local society figure Nacho Figueras, alongside partners Thierry Beaud and Alex Gaudelet. The clubby, packed restaurant traffics in crowd-pleasing, upscale Argentine fare, from asado-style steaks and seafood to elegant pastas, and classic (as well as some pristine examples of surprisingly well-priced) steakhouse starters.
