The Skinny: Tucked inside historic, century-old members’ club The Bath Club on Miami Beach, Omawei is the city’s newest omakase. It’s a yearlong residency for chef Wei Chen, who honed his craft at Sushi Nakazawa in New York City, since working as a private omakase chef in Los Angeles and beyond. Though set inside the private club, Omawei is open to the public.
