SNOWBIRDS: New York City’s acclaimed French-Indonesian hotspot Wayan is popping up in Wynwood for a residency running January 16 through May. The menu of shareable plates will be anchored by longtime Wayan hits, from satays to escargot rendang, crab fried rice, and crispy pork ribs with soy tamarind glaze, and showcase South Florida’s bounty in new dishes. The beverage program will feature Wayan signatures like the Calamansi Fizz and Devil’s Avocado, made with tequila, mezcal, and spicy honey. 50 NW 24th St. Reserve. –Shayne Benowitz
