Ichendorf Milano abstract patterned tumblers
GOODS & SERVICES • FOUND Object
With spring come little celebrations, a nicer bottle, and maybe some beautiful glasses to raise a toast.
These Ichendorf Milano abstract patterned tumblers are perfect for just that. Handmade in Italy, each one unique, brushed with bold, painterly lines and swirls. Their gently irregular shapes give the satisfying hold that only hand-blown glass can, somehow making a sharp spritz or aperitivo that much more delicious.
They’re nicely weighted without feeling heavy, with a slightly uneven lip and base that reminds you they’ve actually been handled, shaped, and finished. The size is super versatile, good for something long, maybe with an umbrella, or for something shorter over rocks.
The joy of the handmade can sometimes come at a practical cost (who has space in the cupboard for six glasses?), but these are satisfyingly stackable. And again, while no two are the same, they sit together like a family.
Because while the toast matters, the glass does too. If it’s worth pouring, put it in something special. –Amy-Rose Holland
