The Skinny: Supernova chef Kwame Onwuachi of New York City’s lauded Tatiana partnered with the team behind downtown NYC rum bar Las’ Lap to open a sister concept last month inside South Beach’s Daydrift hotel, where he’s cooking a menu rooted in West Indian cuisine, inspired by the spirit of Carnival and his Trinidadian roots.
